While we do not yet have an online database, your webmaster does, containing
all captures back to 1984. Any member (past or present) is welcome to submit a request
to
for
specific listings based on the data provided in Capture Certificates. I.E. List
of sharks over 100Kg weighed since .... Locations for Billfish captures ......
All captures by the Mallett family (well, maybe - might break the machine!
p.s. April 2005 - Done! and it didn't!)
...... etc. The easiest of all is simply ask for a list of all capture for a
specific angler & it can be emailed as an Excel spreadsheet.
Results
The club's fishing year extends from 1st July to the following June 30. Apart from current year, the Monthly Results table includes E.O.Y. totals for the previous fishing year. Each monthly report includes Monthly & Year-to-Date Angler & Boat figures, short term and long term Catch Statistics, Top 4 Comp position, Scale Registrations & expiries, Boat/Owner list & a list of GFAPNG 4 Species Comp contenders. Year End Results are posted after the Annual Presentation Night, late July - early August.
Monthly Captures - two lists are provided listing all captures recorded for each month - one sorted by Angler & the other by Boat. Currently only data from April 2004 onward is available - others will be processed & posted as time permits. It should be noted that on occasions the weight recorded may differ from that entered on the certificate - processing software will drop the fractional portion of a weight when it detects that the weight fraction entered is not valid for the scale used. As from June, 2004 captures reports are also provided in PDF format to facilitate easy printing on A4 paper (click the PDF version link at top of each report).
