Weekly Fishing Report
03/05/2004 to 09/05/2004
Well we had plenty of rain throughout the week, but it managed to stop for us on the weekend. That was the important time for all of us, many boats went out on the weekend. Not all went fishing, but for those that did there was a few fish around. Sunday was our best day of fishing for the week.

Ratchet went out on Sunday 9th May. They had two captures registered, a Sailfish estimated weight between 20kg and 30kg caught on 15kg line. The Sailfish was tagged and released. The angler was Ron Smits, well done. Andrew Smits was the other angler on board and he managed to score himself a Maktuna weighing in at 3.95kg and was caught on 4kg line class. Well done Andrew.

There were plenty of Dolphinfish caught, but it was our little fisherman Lachlan Seeto that walked away with a registered fish. It was a Rainbow Runner weighing in at 2.61kg and was caught on 6kg-line class. Well done Lachlan.
