Weekly Fishing Report
31/05/2004 to 06/05/2004
Well we are six days into the last fishing month of the year. The rain is still hanging around and the fish are still bitting. We have only seven capture sheets handed in for this week. By the looks of them, all fishing boats had a good day out on the water. There were just a few stories about the bird fishing that has been created here in Lae. It is quite a challenge for the fishing people in our club. Nevertheless, they seem to be doing it with ease. There was also a lot of talk of the flying Mackerel not just this week but last week too. It is good to stand a listen to the fishing tales of to day and how much fun they all had. Keep it up that is what fishing is all about.
